The 14-day refund
Every payment for Keystone, the first one and every renewal, monthly or yearly, can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the date you were charged. You don't need to give a reason.
After 14 days a charge is no longer refundable, and we don't refund part of a period you have already started. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@1001toolbox.com from the address on your account, with the invoice number from your receipt email (or the date and amount of the charge). You can also reply to the receipt email from Paddle or use the link in it. We aim to answer within 2 business days.
How refunds are paid
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so Paddle processes every refund, back to the card or payment method you paid with. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear. Any tax charged on the payment is refunded with it.
When we refund your latest charge we also cancel the subscription, unless you ask us to keep it, and your organization moves to the Free plan. None of your records are deleted.
How to cancel
- In Keystone, open Settings → Plan and choose Switch to Free, or press Manage billing to cancel in Paddle's customer portal, where you can also update your card and download invoices.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. It takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep your plan until then.
- You won't be charged again after cancelling. Your records stay, on the Free plan, until you ask us to delete them.

These rules sit alongside our Terms of Service and Paddle's buyer terms, and don't take away any right to a refund you have under the consumer law where you live. Questions: hello@1001toolbox.com.
